#1792 - Snowbirds

Here’s a newsflash
For your information
No matter
What you wear
No matter
How expensive
Your cell-phone is
And no matter
What you do
You can never look cool
Riding on a bus

And just so you are
Perfectly clear
On this matter
Of your hipster foolishness
When you are acting
Like you are too cool
For everyone else
On the morning bus run
You might as well
Go to a beach
On a hot summer day
Wearing a snow suit
Because in both cases
You look just as idiotic

And one more thing
Thank you
For riding public transit
With the rest of us
Working stiffs
